We stand behind LeadKast OS. If you purchase a Core, Pro, or Founding Member subscription and are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial payment, we will refund your subscription fee in full.
To request a refund, simply contact us at clientcare@leadkast.com within 30 days of your first charge with your account email and reason for the refund request.
Core and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary for cancelled trials.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to LeadKast OS until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
