Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of LeadKast OS and all associated services provided by M&N Consulting LLC dba LeadKast. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted Use

LeadKast OS is designed for legitimate business use by agencies and businesses managing AI voice agents. You may use the platform to:

• Track and manage leads and revenue generated by AI voice agents
• Generate reports for your clients
• Manage multiple client businesses under your agency account
• Integrate with permitted third-party tools (Retell AI, VAPI, etc.)

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use LeadKast OS to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to LeadKast OS without written authorization
• Use the platform to make false or misleading representations to clients
• Overload our infrastructure in a way that impairs service for other users
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

3. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for all data you input into LeadKast OS, including client and lead information. You represent that you have the right to use and share any data entered into the platform and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law, including data privacy regulations.

4. Client Data

If you use LeadKast OS to manage data on behalf of your clients (businesses), you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from those clients and for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding their data.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend your account
• Permanently terminate your account without refund
• Report the activity to law enforcement where required

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is using LeadKast OS in violation of this policy, please report it to clientcare@leadkast.com.
